Hot breakfast is included in your stay. Breakfast will be scheduled upon check in. Each guest will have their choice from one menu item. This choice includes juice and hot beverages.
We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, Roku televisions, mini refrigerators, a Keurig with an assortment of k-cups, ironing boards and irons. The common area is available at all times for guests to relax with a book, magazine, beverages, and a variety of snacks.
Whether this is your first visit, or you have been a guest many times, we want your experience to be excellent. Our staff is always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
All rooms only accommodate double occupancy. Our rooms are close in proximity, so to ensure peace and relaxation for all guests children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless all three rooms are reserved by the same family for equal nights.
$50 deposit due when reservation is made. Cancellation Fee $25. Deposit, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if 24 hour or more notice is given. No refund will be issued for no shows.
Check in will be from 4pm to 6pm. Special check in arrangements can be made upon request. Check out will be promptly at 11 am.
Street parking and off street parking is available for all guests.
No smoking or vaping inside the property. Ash trays are provided upon request for outdoor use only. In the event that a guest smokes or vapes inside, the B&B reserves the right to charge a $150 cleaning fee for odor removal.
Pets are not permitted on the premises with the exception of service animals. Legal documentation will be required upon check in.
Alcohol is permitted but not sold or served by the B&B.
All rooms are on the 2nd floor of the property. No elevator or lift assistance is available. Guests must be able to climb stairs and carry their own baggage.
At time of check out and upon inspection by the innkeeper the B&B reserves the right to charge a fee up to $200 to the credit card on file for any damages to the property or it's contents. An invoice will be sent to the guests email on file with a breakdown of charges incurred.
